1.  Strategy Meeting

During this meeting, we will take the time to get to know who you are as a couple, understand your vision and all the details needed to help guide you in the areas you need to help you in your wedding planning process.  We will help develop the strategy to plan your wedding using the information we need regarding the following:

 

  • Guest Count

  • Location

  • Date or Time of Year

  • Budget

  • Vision

  • Priorities

 

2. On-line Planning Program

All of our couples will have access to our in-depth planning program where they will be able to get guidance in through our step by step planning program.  The program has all the questions you will need to ask vendors, tools to stay organized, Quick Tips, 911 podcasts for when couples are feeling the pressures of life, and a complete Ebook library to brush up on subjects your working on during different planning phases.

 

 

3. Venue Matching

Did you know there are over 300 wedding Venues in the Central Valley?  It can be a challenge trying to find the venue that will hold the number of guests you need, have the right look, and be easy to work with. Well, we take all that frustration away when we examine your needs and match you with the best fit for your wedding. 

 

  • We provide you with up to 10 of your top matches based on your selected criteria.

  • We will also give you a list of important questions that you should ask and things to consider when you are looking for your best fit.

  • Our venues provide generous discounts and upgrades that are available only through our matching program and full-service planning packages.

 

 

4.  Vendor Matching 

With over 1000 Photographers, DJs, Videographers, Bakeries, Florists, Caterers, and countless other wedding vendors to choose from, it can become an overwhelming search on your own.  We help make the process simple. 

 

  • We will provide you with up to 5 of your top matches in each category based on your selected criteria.

  • Our recommended vendors provide us with discounts to use during your planning process.

  • A checklist of additional questions will be provided for you to sift through to narrow down your options.

  • You will also be provided with amazing offers to help save you money.  These spectacular offers have only been available to our full-service clients until now.  

 

 

5.  Essentials Meeting 

Although there are many things you can do on your own, there are a few areas where you must get the advice from a professional if you want things to run smooth. We will help guide you in these areas to make sure you have everything running like clockwork

 

  • Help you develop your timeline

  • Rehearsal Lineup Layout

  • Provide you with a packet of planning tips to use during your planning such as:

    • Toasting Etiquette

    • Tipping Guidelines

    • Bridal Party Selection Tips

 

 

6. Vendor Confirmations

 

Ensuring your vendors know where to go, what time to be there and whom to contact the day of the wedding is very important.  We will provide them with maps, parking & load-in information and any other information that may be essential for them to follow on the day of the wedding including policies and procedures specific to their job duties.

7. Wedding Day Assistance

 

Our Certified and Trained Wedding Day Assistants will be available to assist your vendors, do some light set up,  supervise the event, and run your timeline. Includes up to 12 hours of Service.
